Customers 2.0

Overview

The Customers module manages Customers, Customer Sites, and Contracts to support work orders and ensure that SLAs are enforced and met. In Customers 2.0, the functionality remains the same but with improved user experience.

The Google integrated address is broken into separate fields. Web users can now view, sort, and filter technicians and contractors by different geographical attributes such as city, state, postal code and country.
