Account Activation and Login on the Web
After a new user is invited to join Zinier as a web user, they receive an email inviting them to create and activate their account. The following section guides new users on how to go about activating their account and logging in for the first time via the web.

Activating your Web User account
To activate your account, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Open the invitation email
Open the email invitation with the subject line “[Name of the person who invited you] has invited you to join Zinier”.
Organization ID: In the email body, you will notice a word in bold below the text “[Name of the person who invited you] invited you to join:” This is the Organization ID that you have been invited to. Please make a note of this. In the example below, the Organization ID is “ZinierGroup”.
Click the “Activate Account” button in the body of the email

Step 2: Create a password to use when logging in
You will next be asked to create and confirm a password used to log in to your account. Enter and confirm a password of your choosing.

Step 3: Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy and Activate Your Account
Check the box to accept the “Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies” then tap “Next” to complete the account activation process.
After completing the step above, your account will have been activated and you will receive another email with the title “Your account has been successfully activated” which you can also refer to to login to your account.

Step 3: Log in to your account
To login to your account right away, click the “Go to Desktop Login” button.
Alternatively, you can also access your login screen by clicking on the email titled “Your account has been successfully activated” (which you would have just received), and clicking the “Login on Web Platform” button. Doing so will automatically load the correct Org ID for faster login.

If you have also been granted mobile app access:
Open the account activation confirmation email (“Your account has been successfully activated”) from your mobile device.
If you haven’t done so, download the Zinier mobile app for Android or iOS buy clicking one of the buttons in the email. For more details on how to activate a mobile account, visit the Getting started with the Zinier Mobile App section.
Click the “Login on Mobile App” button to open and login to the Zinier Mobile App.
Alternatively, you can open the Zinier Mobile App and login at anytime. Just remember to enter the “Organization ID” listed in the activation emails.
