Task Review and Approval

Project coordinators can review and approve tasks when a technician submits a completed task on the web.

On the Task Review page, the web user can

  • View Task Results

  • Review and approve / Reject a task: From Task Review Result, select either Approve or Review

  • Choose to assign the task back to either the same technician or another technician

  1. Go to the Task Review page > Task Results tab to review the task results.

  2. From Task Review Result, select either Approve or Reject.

  3. From the Rejection Reason, select a reason.

  4. Review Notes (Optional): Enter notes to explain

  5. From Task Action, select either

    • Send back to the same technician

    • Reopen for scheduling and reassignment: This option allows you to assign to another technician.

Data that is not captured on the mobile Check-In or Submit page needs to be added through the Solution Builder.
