Work Order Completion & Closeout

Overview

Web users such as coordinators can now generate and download a close-out package for completed work orders.

The closeout package is a PDF document that contains details of the work order and tasks which can be sent to customers

Complete Work Orders

When a work order is complete, coordinators can then generate a close-out package.

To generate a closeout package, go to the View Work Order page > Work Order Information tab and click Closeout Package.

The following is an example of the generated closeout document that displays the work order and task details.

If there is more than one task, the Task Details section repeats as it is shown for each task.

A solution admin must configure to add the client’s logo and address. This document can also be configured to add more details such as other captured data.
