1. Schedulers

With this platform release, major enhancements have been made to better serve our use cases for task scheduling. These will be used in FSE’s 2.10 release where there is a heavy focus on schedulers.

  • Scheduling tasks before their SLA deadline
The schedulers in ISAC 3.1.1 ensure that tasks are scheduled to be completed before their SLA deadlines kick in

  • Ensuring tasks are scheduled within the Customer Site Service Window
Customer Site Service Window timings are taken into account for task scheduling

  • Consideration of Technician Availability
The 3.1.1 schedulers take into account technician availability by accounting for leave and holidays in task scheduling

  • Minimizing drive time for technicians
While scheduling tasks, the scheduler tries to minimize the drive time of technicians by assigning tasks to technicians who are nearer to customer sites. Travel time to a customer site is calculated on the basis of the previous task’s customer site location.

2. Ability to export list of Deactivated Users

Enables the Admin users to export a list of the deactivated users in the Org, as can be seen in the screenshot below.

3. Support for Portuguese (Portugal) on the Web

Portuguese (Portugal) has been added to the list of languages that we support in our platform, as requested by Manvia. With 3.1.1, this will be supported on the web (system strings). In order to translate the org resources, the solutions team will have to add the specific translated resources in the Translations table of the Org.

Locale: pt-PT

The support for mobile system strings will be added in the 3.2 release. Refer to this document to understand how localization works in Zinier.
