ISAC 3.3.1
Scheduler Enhancements (Web Release)
Planned Scheduler Enhancements for FSE 2.13
The following improvements are available on the platform but are added to FSE in FSE 2.13.
Setting up up floating lunch breaks for technicians in a single shift.
Allow technicians to work overtime after the end of their shift for a configured number of minutes for Appointment or SLA-based tasks if required.
Other optional and future enhancements
A number of improvements have been added to the platform schedulers and can be configured by using Studio Z on a case-by-case basis.
Restrict the number of tasks assigned to technicians per day based on a percentage configuration of capacity in order to allow space in technicians' calendars for emergency tasks.
Added a configuration to either use Google API to calculate driving times or use a mathematical calculation to calculate the travel time for technicians between tasks.
Actionable Notifications Beta (Mobile Release)
The current mobile app notifications are informational and not actionable by the user. This can result in a lower follow-up if needed based on the content of the notification. In ISAC Release 3.4, the team will be releasing actionable notifications. It will be possible to configure notifications that will open a task on mobile or open an external URL.
3.3.1 Release Scope
The 3.3.1 Release will contain the first part of the full feature that will be released in 3.4. The first part that we will release is allowing a user to open up an external URL. The external URL will open in the mobile device's native browser.
This feature can be used to open 3rd party web-based solutions or apps.
