For service organizations that need to track and manage how technicians spend their time on the job, filling out and submitting timesheets is a hassle. They add unnecessary busy work for technicians, who don’t want to fill them out and would prefer to focus on their fieldwork. And for back office admins, it’s a burden to keep track of who has and hasn’t submitted time sheets and whether or not the details are accurate.
The Timesheet capabilities in the Productivity Suite aim to address these pain points. Via the web (mobile coming soon), technicians can submit timesheets that are automatically generated based on their activity in the field. And for backoffice admins, the Timesheets interface makes it easy to track view, edit, and review Timesheets submitted by technicians.
