PCB: End-to-End Flow

This page describes the end-to-end steps for the preconfigured solution bundle including creating the work order, creating a task and assigning the task to a technician.

The end to end flow is applicable to both the Installation and Corrective Maintenance mobile workflow.

1	Create Work Order, Task and Schedule (These steps are the same as FSE 2.0)	From the web, the coordinator creates a Work Order, tasks before schedule tasks to a Technician. 2	Mobile Workflow	On the app, the technician performs and updates the task.	Mobile: Workflow Pages Task Details Check-in Ability to indicate if the customer site address for the task is not correct. Submit Page The following is not in scope: Mobile Pages to capture data specific to the corrective maintenance tasks activities, for now, these will be specific to the customer's implementation and can be created using Solution Builder.
3	Task Review and Approval	On the web, the Coordinator reviews and approves the task.	Web: Result Side Panel with the general task information and duration, start date & time + End Date & Time of a task. Web: Task Approval Side Panel with the general task information and ability to approve/reject. Web: Side Panel - Web Task - Site Change Request Approval, being able to approve the update of an address submitted by the Technician using the Zinier Mobile App.
4	Work Order Completion & Closeout	Once the coordinator approves the task, the work order is complete. The Coordinator can then create a closeout package.	Web: PDF Close Out Package Template containing the general task information.
